Privacy

Short version: what you type into our tools stays in your browser. We have no accounts and no database of lists, so we never see the names you enter.

What is saved on your device

The tools save your wheels, results and settings in your browser's local storage, so they are still there next time. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, or by deleting a wheel in Settings.

Share links

When you share a wheel, its contents are packed into the link after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part of an address to any server, so we never see it. Anyone who has the link can see the wheel, so share it only with the people you mean to.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The theme you choose is kept in local storage, not in a cookie.

Visit statistics

We run no analytics and no tracking scripts.

Hosting

The site is static files served by a hosting provider. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect against attacks. We do not use these logs to identify anyone.

Ads

There are no ads on the site yet. When we add them, Google AdSense will show them beside or below the tools, never on the wheel, in a result, in Present mode or on a private Secret Santa link. Before the first ad appears, visitors from the EU, the UK and Switzerland will see Google's consent message, and this page will explain what Google stores.

Children and schools

Because names typed into the tools are never sent to us, teachers can use them with a class list without sharing students' data with a third party.
