Spin the wheel Christmas wheel
A party game with no setup
Most Christmas party games need cards, printouts or someone who read the rules. This one needs a phone or a laptop. Each player spins, does whatever the wheel lands on, and passes the turn. Grandparents, kids and the cousin who swears he hates games can all play, because nothing takes longer than about thirty seconds.
The 30 challenges mix silly and sweet. Some are performances, like an elf dance or a Santa laugh. Others are quick memory questions, such as the best and worst gift you ever got, which tend to start the best stories of the evening. A few keep the game moving: spin again, swap seats, pick who goes next.
Teachers use the same wheel on the last day before winter break. Remove anything that doesn't suit a classroom, project it on the board and let each student come up for one spin.

How to play at a holiday party
- Open Present on a laptop connected to the TV so the whole room can read the result.
- Go around the circle. Each person presses Spin or taps the wheel, then does the challenge.
- If one challenge gets old, open Entries and delete it, or write in an inside joke from your own family.
- Want a winner? Let the group vote on the best performance after each round.

Christmas wheel game FAQ
Does this work for little kids?
Yes, the challenges are short and nothing requires reading. For kids under six, keep the physical ones like posing as a snowman and acting like a reindeer, and drop the spelling and language prompts.
Can I add prizes?
Sure. Give a candy cane or a small chocolate for each completed challenge, or let the person who finishes the most pick the first dessert. Keep prizes small so nobody takes it too seriously.
How long does a game take?
With eight players, one round takes about five minutes. Two or three rounds fill the gap between dinner and presents nicely, and you can stop whenever the energy drops.
Can relatives join from another city?
Yes, through Share: relatives who open that link see the same challenges, and on a video call the host can share their screen so people far away watch the same spin.
