Spin the wheel Workout wheel
A random routine, one move at a time
The 32 moves need nothing but floor space. Each one comes with a number, like 20 squats or a 30-second plank, so there's no guessing about how much counts. Most take under a minute, which makes the wheel easy to slot into a lunch break, a classroom brain break or a short session before work.
The mix covers legs, core, arms and cardio, and there's one rest slice on purpose. A popular format is ten spins in a row with a short pause between them. Another is a family challenge where everyone does whatever the current spinner lands on, from the kids to the grandparents.
The numbers are set for a beginner to intermediate level. If you train regularly, edit the entries and double them, or turn the reps into time, such as 45 seconds of burpees.

Building a workout with the spinner
- Decide how many rounds you'll do, for example 8 or 10 spins.
- Press Spin, do the move, then spin again for the next one.
- To avoid repeats, turn on Remove each winner from the wheel right away in Settings.
- Check Results at the end to see the full workout you just did.

Questions about the workout wheel
Is this suitable for kids and PE classes?
Yes, most moves are classic gym class exercises. For younger kids, remove burpees, inchworms and tricep dips, and lower the numbers. Projecting it in Present mode keeps a whole class moving together.
How do I make it harder?
Change the reps in Entries, say 20 push-ups instead of 10, or remove the rest slice. You can also spin twice and do both moves back to back as a superset.
What if I can't do a move?
Swap it for an easier version: knee push-ups instead of full ones, step-backs instead of jump lunges. Or delete it from the wheel. Stop if anything hurts and check with a doctor if you have an injury.
Can my friends use the same wheel?
